Our Products
Chafer Fabrics are used in the manufacturing of tyres to protect the side walls of the tyre from the chaffing effect caused by the bead wires and the tyre rim.
Chafer Fabrics are primarily made of RFL dipped Nylon 6 or Nylon 66.
We can produce both wicking and non-wicking, multi and mono filament chafer fabrics with yarns of 210, 420, 840 and 1260 deniers.
